GBM Elk Monthly Deliveries – Thymely Herbals is happy to facilitate elk/beef/pork/dog chew deliveries the first Tuesday of each month at the Thiensville Village Market. Place your orders on their website, or see Amy-Mae at the market. We’re also thrilled to have Golden Bear Monarchs’ Ultimate Velvet Antler currently on our market table!

Summer/Fall Courses at Waukesha Cty. Technical College – Amy-Mae will be teaching a variety of herbal cooking, cooking book club, and a couple herb container gardening classes! Please check the WCTC website at… select Course Search… toggle to select semester… classes are all non-credit… type “herb” or “cooking” in the Title Search box to locate courses she’s teaching!

During the summer months, come visit us in the Grafton, Wisconsin area at farmers’ markets:

Tuesdays, Thiensville: 9 a.m. – 2 p.m. (June 16th – October, weather permitting)

Wednesdays, Menomonee Falls: 8 a.m. – 3 p.m. (September – October, weather permitting)

Sundays, Greenfield: 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. (August – October, weather permitting)

During the winter months, primarily culinary (food) items, soap, sachets and linen/room mists will be available unless you place a special order:

Saturdays, Milw. Cty. Winter Farmers Market @ The Mitchell Park Domes, Greenhouse #1: 9 a.m. – 1 p.m. (November 1st – April 11th*)

    *No markets on Nov. 29th and Dec. 27th
